Pippi Longstocking (Pippi Langstrumpf)
After little Pippi loses her father Captain Longstocking on the high seas, she moves again to the Villa Kunterbunt with the horse Little Uncle and the little monkey Mr Nilsson. There she quickly conquers the hearts of the children next door Tommy and Annika who welcome some more variety to their lives. The three friends get tangled up in ever wilder adventures. Wherever Pippi turns up, she always causes unrest and chaos. The teacher of the village school is not the only one aghast at the behaviour of the cheeky little girl. The well-known pompous ass Mrs Prysselius tries in desperation to have the girl put into the local children's home. Even with the help of the two policemen Kling and Klang she isn't able to do this, and then Captain Longstocking turns up saying he wants to take his daughter to sea with him. But, as she says goodbye, Pippi realises that she'd much prefer to stay with Tommy and Annika and happily returns to Villa Kunterbunt. Now Pippi Longstocking's adventures with her friends can really begin...
